Global Schools Program
The Global Schools Program is an initiative led by the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network - Youth Initiative (SDSN Youth) in support of UNESCO’s Global Action Program on Education for Sustainable Development (GAP-ESD). It is designed to:
1. Integrate the Sustainable Development Goals into school settings.
2. Increase the capacities of educators and teachers to more effectively deliver education on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
3. Provide youth with opportunities to engage with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the local level.
Sustainable Development Goal Toolkit (ACFID)
This Free Toolkit aims to help you and your team explore and test systems change and collaborative responses as a way of working differently to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The ACFID Sustainable Development Goal Toolkit is based on the CSIRO RAPTA (Resilience, Adaptation Pathways and Transformation Assessment) framework which offers practical guidance in how to apply these concepts in planning projects so they are better designed to deliver valuable, durable outcomes in the face of high uncertainty and rapid change. RAPTA has wide application to plans for improving food and water security, managing climate change, attaining sustainable growth in the Earth’s megacities, and better responding to the accumulating risks that confront humanity and transforming (or protecting) the social and ecological systems.

The United Nations' Knowledge Platform is managed by the United Nations Division for Sustainable Development Goals (DSDG). As part of the Voluntary National Review process the Australian Government reports back to the United Nations on how we are tracking against Sustainable Development Goal targets.
Track progress on Goal 15: “Biodiversity / Life on land” on the UN Sustainable Development Knowledge Platform
Under the SDGS tab: progress and report summaries as well as targets and indicators for each goal. Under the STATES tab: documents and reports as well as statements, partnerships, commitments and focal points as reported by each country to the Untied Nations as part of the Voluntary National Review on the Sustainable Development process.
